How To: Thrive reimagines Republic Bank’s Time to Thrive platform for Gen Z. Students submit real financial questions through campus installations and Instagram stories using familiar texting language, and Republic Bank associates respond with short-form videos that deliver humor and practical financial advice.

Developed as part of a small Belmont University student team, the project progressed from research and strategy through final campaign development.
